Responsibilities
Serve as point of contact and intermediary for our bookkeeping clients and accounting partner
Manage the onboarding and setup for bookkeeping clients and ensure a smooth experience
Oversee and facilitate communication to and from clients including answering all questions you can and finding answers quickly on the ones you cannot
Develop and maintain a quality assurance system to make sure our clients are receiving accurate books
Other duties could include assisting in the sale of this service, handling client matters, and attending events to represent this service to our clients
Qualification
Required
Dedication to the client experience (internal and external customers)
Experience managing at least 20 accounts at once
Ability to learn new technology and bookkeeping systems quickly (experience with multiple is a plus!)
4+ years experience bookkeeping or accounting experience with a professional service firm (legal bookkeeping experience a strong plus!)
High level of attention to detail - able to spot needles in haystacks
Experience with IOLTA and lawyer trust accounting a huge plus
