Responsibilities

Support the R&D team by configuring the system to efficiently manage complex formula versions, scale-up details, and raw-material specifications specific to beverage production
Work with the Regulatory team to configure system fields and reporting to track and generate necessary documentation for global food safety, labeling, and compliance checks (e.g., Non-GMO, Organic, Kosher, TTB)
Ensure accurate creation and revision control of Bill of Materials for both finished goods and work-in-progress materials, linking formulas to packaging components
Manage the master data structure, ensuring the consistency and accuracy of key attributes such as ingredients, allergens, nutritional information, packaging specifications, and regulatory documentation across all new products
Oversee the configuration and performance of interfaces between the PLM system and other critical business systems, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), PIM (Product Information Management), and Quality Management Systems
Monitor PLM system performance and data flow to identify bottlenecks and recommend continuous process and system improvements

Required

3+ years of experience in System Administration, specifically with a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or Product Data Management (PDM) system
Demonstrated experience with NetSuite system administration (configuration, workflow, user management)
Familiarity with data governance, master data management, and data cleansing practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced NPD environment

Preferred

Experience in the Food & Beverage or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry is highly preferred
