They are seeking a dynamic Program Director to lead their Middle School Financial Literacy program, oversee the National Civics Bee, and manage key development and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and active engagement for the I Am Financial Knowledge program

Hire, train, and manage a team of 2–4 asynchronous, remote staff

Coordinate class schedules and school partnerships across a defined territory

Oversee annual curriculum updates, prepare materials and facilitate in-person classes as needed

Lead implementation of the National Civics Bee, including program coordination, school & family outreach, and event execution

Manage student and program data through a CRM system

Manage fundraising efforts in partnership with the Executive Director

Manage and cultivate relationships with current and prospective donors, including businesses, foundations, and individuals

Write grant applications and manage sponsorship programs

Plan, manage, and promote fundraising campaigns and events

Maintain and segment donor records in Neon CRM to support targeted outreach

Plan and execute communication strategy and materials for programs and fundraising events

Lead social media & email marketing strategy and execution

Write and edit blog posts with program leader input

Manage website updates and content maintenance

Lead PR and media relations

Manage design and production of printed collateral
