They are seeking a Florida-licensed attorney based in South Florida to provide legal support, resolve title issues, and contribute to the success of residential and commercial transactions.

Responsibilities
Review, prepare, and finalize legal documents such as contracts, escrow agreements, deeds, and indemnities utilizing our forms
Examine and clear title matters to facilitate smooth closings
Market our title agency services to realtors and other referral sources such as mortgage lenders
Deliver presentations and training on real estate topics across Florida offices
Communicate effectively with internal staff, customers, attorneys, and lenders to ensure successful outcomes
Qualification
Required
Licensed to practice law in Florida
Some experience in real estate transactions with a strong understanding of title and escrow processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work well under pressure
Willingness to travel regularly within Florida
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)
