Responsibilities
Work closely with stakeholders to identify business & technical requirements
Source, transform, prepare, secure, and validate data for analysis
Design and manage semantic models
Leverage Power Query and Data Analysis Expressions (DAX)
Optimize data connections for performance and cost mitigation
Deliver substantial business value through well-aligned, insightful visualizations
Design powerful dashboards to provide enterprise visibility and full functionality
Enable various types of users to perform self-service analytics
Collaborate with architects, analysts, data engineers, and administrators
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Microsoft Power BI experience plus Microsoft certifications
Strong SQL and data analysis skills
Strong business communication skills
Advanced visual analytics development skills
Expert-level data preparation skills
Analytics development lifecycle knowledge
Analytics performance optimization skills
Troubleshooting & Error Resolution skills
Flexible with changing priorities and timelines
Hybrid work locations (remote, office, client travel)
Preferred
Microsoft Fabric and Azure knowledge
Data Management knowledge (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Google Big Query)
Experience with other leading BI & Analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
Embedded Analytics & Mobile Deployment experience
UX/UI Visual Design knowledge
