Responsibilities
Diagnose and solve technical issues for internal and external customers, demonstrating advanced problem-solving capabilities. Your Mechanical Engineering knowledge will be central to this process
Perform hands-on hardware configuration and troubleshooting for AutoStore's sophisticated mechanical systems
Document technical interactions, solutions, and system insights
Contribute to and maintain the company's technical knowledge base through detailed, accurate documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective customer support
Analyze and document technical findings to support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with strong hands-on problem-solving skills
You can handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and precisely
Preferred
Prior mechanical engineering project or internship experience preferred
