Responsibilities
Project Management : Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the AI-powered chatbot project, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
Agile Leadership : Implement and advocate for Agile best practices , guiding the team through Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements , define project scope, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
Product Management: Act as a product owner when necessary, defining product vision, roadmap, and prioritizing features based on business value and customer needs
Team Coordination : Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams , including software developers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers
Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Quality Assurance : Oversee testing phases, including unit, integration, and acceptance testing, to ensure high-quality deliverables
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing process enhancements
Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
Agile Expertise: Proven experience in Leading Agile development projects , with deep understanding of Scrum , Kanban , and other Agile frameworks
Project Management: Strong skills with a track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget
Qualification
Required
