Responsibilities

Construct and maintain dynamic 3-statement financial models for every school and vertical — integrating enrollment, staffing, and CapEx into a unified forecast framework

Refresh rolling 12–18 month forecasts on a weekly basis using current data, and scenario-test both upside and downside exposures

Create executive dashboards powered by live data — surfacing critical levers and supporting confident, daily decision-making

Deploy AI and automation to identify anomalies, monitor variances, and remove spreadsheet-driven inefficiencies throughout finance operations

Produce concise memos summarizing financial risk, strategic alternatives, and budget trade-offs — at board-ready quality, delivered within 72 hours
