Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of the SAP S/4HANA Brownfield migration
Own the integrated project plan, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments
Ensure alignment between business priorities and program execution across all workstreams
Serve as the primary interface between business leadership, IT teams, and system integrators
Establish and lead business stakeholder forums, steering committees, and executive reviews
Ensure business requirements, readiness, and acceptance criteria are clearly defined and met
Provide clear, concise executive-level status updates focused on business impact, risks, and decisions required
Drive timely decision-making and escalation resolution with business and executive stakeholders
Define and enforce program governance, change control, and decision frameworks
Maintain oversight of key business deliverables, including process readiness, testing sign-off, training readiness, and go-live approval
Partner with business owners to ensure successful UAT, cutover readiness, and operational adoption
Qualification
Required
7-10 years of SAP project management experience; S/4HANA Brownfield migration experience required
Solid understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments (technical depth not required)
Strong business-facing leadership with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
Proven experience managing complex, multi-team enterprise programs
