Responsibilities
Execute enhancement activities for a high complexity Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solution with add-ons
Hands-on approach with agile mindset to drive design and implementation for epics in close collaboration with internal and 3rd party stakeholders
Liaison with client and other teams for decision-making
Review & report compliance with delivery milestones, and plan-ahead for subsequent quarters
Status reporting to client and TCS management on the project activities
Qualification
Required
Experience Required: 8 - 10 Years
Required Technical Skill Set: Maximo Application Suite (MAS), MAS Health & Monitor, DB2, Leading high-performance teams
Must-Have: Maximo Implementation/ Upgrade/ Support experience: 7.6 or higher
Experience of implementing Maximo (7.6 or higher) end-to-end (preferably for a Manufacturing Customer)
Knowledge of following Maximo add-ons and related technologies
Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8.x or above
MAS Health & Monitor
Database: DB2
Hands-on experience in Azure DevOps platform

This role needs excellent knowledge of Maximo Application Suite (MAS), MAS Health & Monitor, and Asset Management process
Strong Team Leading skills with Maximo technical and functional knowledge
Preferred
MAS 8/9 hands-on experience and certification (preferable)
MAS Predict & MRIO (preferable)
Good-to-Have: Experience of end-to-end Maximo implementation for Manufacturing Customers
Experience of conducting requirement, design and acceptance workshops for Rail customers
Experience in conducting training on Maximo for Manufacturing Customers
Knowledge of Infrastructure planning (middleware, database, server etc.)
