Monitor and collect financial billing information for submitting claims and submitting financial statements for private pay residents
Submit claims to insurance companies for monthly services
Update financial spreadsheets to monitor correct pay source and cost reports
Check resident accounts for correct pay source and payments from pay sources
Post payments to residents' accounts and statements and check for accuracy. Post pharmacy charges on accounts for claims billing
Perform other duties as requested
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required
Intermediate proficiency with computers is required
Must have exceptional customer service skills
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Associates Degree or equivalent business experience preferred
2+ years of related work experience preferred
Experience with insurance billing preferred
