Qualification
Required
Solid background in HR analytics within a corporate setting, with a knack for presenting complex data sets clearly
Comfortable with a variety of analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, coupled with precise analytical skills
Exceptional communication skills – you're as good with people as you are with numbers
A thorough understanding of HR processes and principles, ready to tackle new challenges head-on
Proven track record working independently and as an integral part of a dynamic team
