Responsibilities
Servicing residential A/V, Home Theater, Network, Control, Lighting & Shading Systems
Read and interpret floor plans and technical documents
Understanding of wiring and signal flow
Troubleshooting Systems (Savant, Control4 (C4), Crestron, Josh.Ai, Lutron QSX)
Advanced understanding of networking
Advanced troubleshooting of devices
Train clients on use of systems
Recommend upgrades when necessary
Provide excellent customer service
Speak English (fluently) & Spanish (preferred)
Qualification
Required
Experience on: construction sites, AV, Lighting, Shading, Control, and Networks
Ability to: climb ladders, use power tools & hand tools, lift 50 lbs
A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, High EQ
Driving: Valid License, Clean record, reliable transportation
Servicing residential A/V, Home Theater, Network, Control, Lighting & Shading Systems
Read and interpret floor plans and technical documents
