Responsibilities

Provide technical support across the customer lifecycle—scoping AI use cases, advising on solution design, demonstrating capabilities, and guiding implementation and optimization
Deliver training sessions and workshops to maximize customer value, while contributing to internal upskilling initiatives across Thomson Reuters
Support customers' AI adoption strategies and solution deployment, capturing insights to influence product strategy and roadmap
Create documentation, use cases, and workflows that advance internal knowledge sharing and applied AI best practices
Drive measurable impact through increased AI adoption, improved customer satisfaction, and enhanced internal AI maturity
Act as customer advocate by communicating needs and identifying opportunities for product improvement and innovation
Contribute to Thomson Reuters' thought leadership through customer-facing content, events, and advisory boards
Pursue self-directed projects that align with Customer Success goals and advance organizational innovation
Travel may be required based on business needs

Qualification

Required

J.D. or equivalent legal domain expertise with proven experience in customer-facing roles, ideally with law firm or government accounts
Familiarity with legal workflows such as due diligence, eDiscovery, large document review, compliance, and data room management
Demonstrable experience with generative AI applications and understanding of large language model (LLM) architecture and operation
Substantial experience using online legal research and practice tools (e.g., Westlaw, Practical Law, HighQ, Lexis, Casetext, Relativity, Intelligize, Everlaw)
Excellence in communicating technical concepts and creating clear documentation, learning materials, and persuasive presentations for non-technical audiences
Creativity, curiosity, and a growth mindset—you simplify ambiguous challenges, embrace experimentation, and view setbacks as learning opportunities
Current knowledge of emerging AI research, industry trends, and critical thinking about risks, opportunities, and societal impact
Basic programming experience (Python) or exploratory coding skills (a plus but not required)
