Responsibilities
Conducting personalized, conversion-focused family tours that communicate Alpha's three commitments and build confidence in our educational approach
Implementing and managing proactive outreach strategies with prospective families to advance them through the enrollment pipeline
Maintaining strict safety and safeguarding standards to establish a demonstrably secure environment for students and families
Supervising comprehensive facilities management, including preventative maintenance scheduling, vendor liaison, and repair coordination
Regularly evaluating data to optimize processes and enhance both operational performance and enrollment results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (no specific field required)
1+ years experience in school admissions or enrollment
Experience working with children/students
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self-management
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Must be available to work in person in Palm Beach, FL; Miami, FL; Piedmont, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Roswell, GA or Raleigh, NC
