Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email
Manage customer orders from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Provide information about products and services to assist customers in their decision-making process
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery
Assist in the development of client relationships through effective communication and support
Qualification
Required
Must have CSR and SAP experience
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within logistics or supply chain management
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Ability to analyze information and provide actionable insights for improvement
Preferred
Experience in call center operations is a plus
Familiarity with collaboration sales techniques is beneficial but not required
