Responsibilities

Launch Houston's flagship Alpha campus: Execute Alpha's three core promises for 100 plus students from day one with operational excellence in every area

Facilitate live workshops with K through 12 students on life skills: Lead compelling one-hour sessions covering public speaking, growth mindset, giving and receiving feedback. Apply Alpha's playbook to help students develop skills overlooked by traditional schools while enjoying the process

Drive every student to 100 percent goal achievement: Create customized motivational models for individual students. Apply data-driven methods to address resistance and sustain engagement with the Alpha platform. Success is defined by every student reaching their objectives

Develop Guides through coaching: Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to pinpoint performance gaps. Provide direct, actionable feedback during coaching sessions and monitor progress. Hold your team accountable using logic and objectivity, not empathy that lowers standards

Execute data-driven campus leadership: Evaluate performance across staff, operations, parent relations, and culture. Identify problems, perform root cause analysis, engage stakeholders, implement measurable solutions. Monitor every decision and revise based on outcomes

Maintain excellence without exception: Establish and uphold Alpha's quality standards for students and staff. Take difficult actions when performance is insufficient. Model the standard as the campus leader
