Smartbridge is looking for a Power BI Developer to develop interactive dashboards and reports that enable business intelligence and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience working with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.

Responsibilities

Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
Create DAX measures and Power Query transformations for optimized data modeling
Perform ETL operations using SQL, Power Query, and data connectors
Implement row-level security (RLS) and other data security measures
Collaborate with business users to define KPIs and reporting requirements

Required

2-4 years of experience working with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL
Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
Create DAX measures and Power Query transformations for optimized data modeling
Perform ETL operations using SQL, Power Query, and data connectors
Implement row-level security (RLS) and other data security measures
Collaborate with business users to define KPIs and reporting requirements
Power BI Desktop & Service (Dashboard & Report development)
DAX & Power Query (M Language)
SQL Server, Azure Synapse, or other relational databases for ETL
Data modeling (star schema, performance optimization in Power BI)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
100% remote role – must be available for the second shift to overlap with the US team until Noon CST
6-month probation period before full-time confirmation. If certification is not already held, it must be completed during probation

Preferred

Experience with Power Automate integration
Microsoft Power BI certification
Experience in Oil & Gas, Healthcare, or Food & Beverage
