This hands-on role supports a fast-paced food manufacturing operation where system performance directly impacts execution.

Responsibilities
Own day-to-day NetSuite administration with focus on Manufacturing, WMS, and supply allocation
Support work orders, BOMs, routings, inventory, and warehouse workflows
Optimize WMS processes including bin management, mobile transactions, and cycle counts
Manage roles, permissions, saved searches, workflows, dashboards, and reporting
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to drive system improvements
Troubleshoot issues, support upgrades, and ensure data accuracy
Qualification
Required
3+ years NetSuite Admin experience with direct Manufacturing, WMS, and Supply Chain exposure
Strong understanding of manufacturing and warehouse operations
Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable NetSuite solutions
Preferred
Experience in food, CPG, or distribution environments preferred
