Responsibilities
Ensure Darktrace is deployed, integrated, and optimized to the highest standards to provide our clients with industry-leading, AI-powered, cyber security protection
Assisting customers with deploying Darktrace technology within network, cloud, OT, and email environments
Leading and becoming a trusted advisor to key customers in their security infrastructure design and planning
Completing deployment projects on or before expected Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
Integrating new systems into existing network architecture
Efficiently manage customer support tickets to assist with technical issues
Proactively engage with customers to help maintain a healthy deployment
Maintaining and enhancing communication between all go-to-market teams, including sales, customer success, and operations
Qualification
Required
A technical educational background or have experience working as a Network, Cloud, OT or SOC Engineer (or similar role)
Basic knowledge of computer networking protocols, LAN and WAN, cyber security principles, and the OSI reference model
Entry level understanding of network and cloud architecture design, configurations, principles, and best practices
Basic familiarity with OT network principles and practices based on the Purdue model
Foundational level knowledge and/or certifications with industry-standard vendors such as AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, or Palo Alto Networks
Preferred
Experience in implementing Darktrace sensors and software modules into various environments (including cloud, email, and OT)
Experience with Darktrace deployment options, integrations, and response enablement and tuning (custom routes, firewall integrations, email)
