They are seeking an Account Analyst who will conduct portfolio reviews, create purchase proposals, and oversee dealer buyback processes while communicating with dealerships and producing performance reports.

Responsibilities
Conduct daily portfolio reviews and performance analysis
Create purchase proposals for new business
Make recommendations on reserves, repossessions, and charge-offs
Oversee and execute the dealer buyback process
Communicate with dealerships regarding:
Collections
Reserves
Back-end account processes
Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reporting
Run asset allocation reports
Maintain accurate electronic and paper records
Support reconciliation and administrative functions as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Ability to explain financial concepts in a non-technical way
Self-motivated and works well independently and on a team
Preferred
Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are a BIG PLUS!
Proficiency with DealPack, Dialer systems, CMS
