Managing patent disputes from early strategy through trial
Participating in Markman proceedings and technical claim analysis
Handling discovery and collaborating closely with technical experts
Conducting and defending depositions
Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs in district court and ITC matters
Qualification
Required
2+ years of patent litigation experience
Technical background in electrical engineering, computer science, life sciences, or a related field
Experience in federal district court and/or ITC proceedings
JD or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school
Active bar admission in CA
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and client-facing mindset
