Regional Director, Clinical Services

SpiriTrust Lutheran® serves five counties in southcentral Pennsylvania by providing various senior living and healthcare services. The role of Regional Director, Clinical Services involves planning, developing, directing, and evaluating clinical services across six senior living communities.

Responsibilities

Plans, develops, directs and evaluates clinical services
Develops, reviews and/or makes recommendations for the revision of clinical policies and procedures, and guidelines in collaboration with the CEO, Executive Directors and Directors of Nursing
Ensures clinical policies and procedures are in compliance with Federal, State, local regulations and acceptable standards of practice
Acts as DON for any vacancies across the organization

Required

Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree required
Strong interpersonal skills that provide for building collaborative and collegial professional relationships across SpiriTrust Lutheran
Excellent verbal and written skills
Strong administrative, managerial, organizational and clinical skills
Skilled in needs assessment, planning, establishing priorities and delegating tasks
Demonstrated knowledge of Federal, State and local regulations for long term care, Assisted Living and Personal Care
Demonstrated knowledge of standards of care and best practices
Skilled in clinical policy and procedure development, infection prevention and control, continuous quality improvement, regulatory compliance, MDS, risk management and safety
Dedication in collaborating with the healthcare team in the planning, developing, implementing and evaluating of clinical services
Minimum of 5 years progressively responsible experience in Nursing Management, policy and procedure development and implementation
Knowledgeable about the Federal, State and local regulations for long term care, Assisted Living & Personal Care
