Take inbound calls through our phone system and follow script to schedule appointments
Make a friendly, warm and professional first impression for the Golden Reserve brand
Input all contact information correctly in our systems

5+ Years of Work Experience
Ability to sound friendly and be personable on the phone

Comfortable with taking inbound calls and scheduling appointments

Must be able to reliably commute to Dublin, Ohio for training as needed
