Liaise with corporate management and Senior Corporate Counsel
Provide product support/development
Responding to regulators and providing regulatory guidance
Assist in support of the business with third party clients
Keeps current with market trends and demands
Performs other functionally related duties as assigned

Qualification

Juris DoctorateInsurance law experienceLegal research skillsLegal drafting skillsManagement experienceInterpersonal skillsOral communicationWritten communication

Required

Juris Doctorate from a nationally recognized law school; active State bar license
2+ years experience in law with some insurance background as inside or outside counsel
Experience managing junior attorneys, paralegals, and/or legal assistants
Experience in a variety of transactions and communicating with executive management

Preferred

Strong legal research and drafting skills
Strong interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
