Sun Communities & Sun Outdoors is looking for an Activities Assistant to help coordinate a variety of activities for their RV Resort. The role involves facilitating events and ensuring a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests.

Real Estate

Responsibilities

Coordinates and attends activities such as picnics, sporting events, dances, and dinners (Essential)
Sets-up and cleans-up after events (Essential)
Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests (Essential)
Serves as a role model for Sun standards and reputation (Essential)
Helps to maintain attendance tracking for each activity
Assists with training activities team members and volunteers
Assists with distributing weekly newsletter to resort residents and guests
Ensures all equipment and supplies are kept in good condition
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

High School DiplomaBasic computer proficiencyMultitaskCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsLift 20 lbsIndependenceTeamwork

Required

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work well independently as well as on a team
Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and the internet
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask
Must have a valid driver's license
Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 20 lbs
