Responsibilities
Lead the coordination and consolidation of global business unit financials, including monthly results, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans
Partner closely with Accounting to perform detailed variance analysis and explain performance drivers to business leaders
Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic initiatives
Support core FP&A activities such as sales reporting, management presentations, data collection, and recurring reporting deliverables
Serve as a trusted financial advisor to operational and functional leaders, providing insights to guide decision-making
Collaborate with finance partners to gather, validate, and analyze data supporting internal and external reporting
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation for all financial analyses and disclosures
Participate in cross-functional projects and special initiatives representing the Global FP&A team
Handle sensitive financial information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
2+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting
Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and pivot tables
Proven ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends and business implications
Clear, confident communicator able to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred
MBA or CPA strongly preferred
Experience with enterprise financial systems and reporting tools (SAP, HFM, SmartView, PBCS preferred)
