This role involves collaborating with various departments to enhance financial planning systems and ensure data accuracy.

Responsibilities
Support enterprise planning processes in Oracle EPBCS, including Spend, Workforce, Capex, Revenue, Gross Margin, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow modules
Prepare, validate, and reconcile planning data for monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles
Partner with GL Accounting during close to ensure accurate alignment of actuals data
Provide global FP&A support for Smart View, forecasting issues, and ad-hoc reporting requests
Translate business requirements into system enhancements and process improvements
Work closely with Finance, IT, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across systems
Identify opportunities to improve forecasting efficiency, reporting quality, and overall data governance
Maintain and enhance Oracle EPBCS applications and planning models
Support Oracle DRM and metadata management processes
Ensure data integrity, scalability, and compliance across financial planning systems
Lead small to medium system enhancements in partnership with Finance and IT teams
Develop and deliver training, documentation, and onboarding materials for global FP&A users
Promote best practices and drive adoption of planning tools across the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Information Systems
4+ years of experience supporting financial planning and FP&A processes
3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS, Oracle DRM, and Smart View
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
