Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and process client invoices with a high level of accuracy
Ensure billing compliance with client guidelines, contracts, and internal policies
Collaborate with attorneys, accounting, and administrative teams to resolve billing questions and discrepancies
Maintain and update billing records and supporting documentation
Assist with billing system maintenance, updates, and upgrades as needed
Meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced billing environment
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in accounting or billing, with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under deadlines
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Comfortable learning and working within billing and accounting systems
Preferred
Experience in professional services billing, including legal, accounting, engineering, or medical billing, strongly preferred
Experience supporting or participating in accounting system upgrades is a plus
