Halo PSA-Account Executive/Market Strategy Lead

Prolexity is redefining how businesses connect people, process, and platforms with its Halo PSA. They are seeking a Business Development Consultant to engage MSP executives, understand their operational challenges, and position HaloPSA Consulting and Accelerator Packages as solutions.

Responsibilities

Identify and contact MSP owners and executives who are either struggling with legacy PSAs (ConnectWise, Autotask) or are wanting to do more with their existing Halo instance
Lead high-level discovery calls that focus on business outcomes—such as increasing technician utilization, automating billing accuracy, and improving client profitability through HaloPSA
Act as a 'Market Scout.' You will document recurring pain points, common objections, and gaps in current MSP workflows to help us refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and adjust our consulting offerings in real-time
Effectively pitch predefined 'Accelerator Halo Packages' while identifying when a custom consulting engagement is required
Qualify leads and work hand in hand with our technical consultants for deep-dive scoping and closing of the sale

Qualification

Required

You must have experience either running an MSP, working in MSP leadership, or a deep history of selling technical solutions into the MSP channel
You have a detailed understanding of the PSA platforms (e.g. ConnectWise, AutoTask, HaloPSA). You should be able to discuss Workflows, Integrations (RMM, Accounting), and the 'Halo way' of solving traditional PSA headaches
Experience in a 'startup' or new practice environment where the offering is evolving based on your feedback from the field
Ability to write personalized, insightful outreach that cuts through the noise of generic sales spam. Once you have the audience, you are able to communicate effectively and get them to take action
