Responsibilities

Maintain and update standardized sales packages, pricing sheets, and design options for all assigned communities

Ensure uniformity in sales documentation and procedures across all regions

Assist with implementing and monitoring CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and other technology platforms to support sales efficiency

Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and Administrative teams to ensure accurate communication and timely execution of sales-related tasks as directed by the President, Landscape

Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and post-closing opportunities

Support Division President in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis for leadership reviews

Manage updates to sales collateral, design catalogs, and promotional materials

Coordinate scheduling for sales training sessions and role-playing events

Assist with onboarding new sales team members by providing process documentation and system training
