Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and drive decision-making
Experience in Finance and understanding of financial principles and strategies
Proven success in Sales and Trading, with an ability to build and maintain client relationships
Proficiency in Project Management to lead and execute cross-functional initiatives
Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and collaborate effectively
Ability to work independently in a remote capacity while driving results
Preferred
Experience in international markets and global business practices is a plus
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
