Vice President-Product Agility Lead

Responsibilities
Lead quarterly planning and retrospectives to implement process improvements that increase speed to market and delivery predictability
Proactively identify and initiate opportunities that improve product value and team performance
Develop delivery plans that surface dependencies and risks early, enabling timely mitigation and smoother execution
Facilitate risk discovery sessions to embed actionable mitigation strategies into quarterly planning
Translate complex challenges into clear, actionable insights, empowering teams and stakeholders to make informed decisions
Coach teams to resolve multifaceted issues, building their capability for continuous improvement
Take ownership of product and process challenges, driving resolution through collaborative, hands-on leadership
Demonstrate measurable impact by delivering specific improvements and clearly communicating outcomes and recommendations
Set the standard for concise, high-quality communication, ensuring clarity in all interactions and documentation
Foster strong cross-team collaboration to align objectives, bridge gaps, and accelerate collective problem-solving
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a relevant domain, with a focus on coaching teams and individuals on agile methodologies and project management
Possess advanced knowledge of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices, enabling effective guidance and support for teams
Display advanced knowledge of agile delivery and multiple agile approaches, including Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), and scaling frameworks, monitoring agility metrics; with the ability to guide teams through complex projects, emphasizing iterative progress and adaptability
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization, effectively guiding group discussions and decision-making processes within the domain context
Advanced understanding of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices
Proficient in Confluence, Jira and Jira Align
Preferred
Formal training on Agile coaching, such as recognized coaching certifications
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I)
Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
