Support data management tasks, including data quality checks and content organization
Collect and categorize user feedback to identify themes and improvement needs
Assist with tracking adoption metrics and preparing basic reports or summaries
Help coordinate program activities, meetings, and cross-functional communication
Contribute to special projects related to AI tool enhancements or pilot initiatives
Qualification
Required
Current student pursuing a bachelor's degree (Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Life Science or related field)
Strong organization and communication skills
Comfortable working with data in Excel, PowerBI, or similar tools
Interest in AI tools, service operations, or product/program management
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a rapidly evolving environment
