Ensuring timely and accurate processing and payment of a high volume of invoices
Possessing strong communication and customer service skills
Working with vendors and internal and external customers in a professional manner
Maintaining strong vendor account relationships
Ensuring that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind
Adapting in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for clients and workplace for employees
Working as a part of a close-knit team to ensure timely responses to all inquiries and requests
Consistent application of AHF’s internal financial policies & payment processing procedures
Adherence to internal controls in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles
Ascertaining that all requisite support documentation and approval is obtained prior to payment
Qualification
