Responsibilities

Utilize checklist to complete pre-funding / pre-purchase review of closing documents

Communicate with inside staff, loan officers, settlement agents and lenders to ensure loans are funded and purchased in a timely manner

Determine all underwriting pre-funding and pre-purchase conditions have been satisfied

Maintain data integrity of LOS fields

Verify and balance wire amounts for daily reconciliation

Coordinate with settlement agents to ensure loans are fully disbursed
