Annuity Advisor
Leverage Planning is a technology-enabled distributor of insurance products based in Omaha. The Annuity Advisor will be responsible for advising clients on purchasing annuities and helping customers apply and set up their annuities, acting as a trusted expert throughout the process.
Responsibilities
Running illustrations and income scenarios from our carrier partners including Allianz, Athene, Fidelity & Guaranty, Nationwide, Pacific Life, Aspida and other top-rated annuity providers
Establish credibility and rapport as a trusted advisor to the customers we work with
Communicate with prospective clients via outbound calls, emails, texts and other communication tools to connect with leads, customers, and referrers
Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
Identify opportunities for process improvement, develop best practices, and communicate them effectively to the leadership team
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and clientele
Capture all profile information, activity and follow-up tasks in Salesforce

Qualification
Required
2+ years of annuity sales experience within a carrier or BGA
A competitive nature and strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations
An entrepreneurial mindset and an ability to self-manage
A strong understanding of digital technologies with a love for learning new systems and processes
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal, including virtual 'presence' during video conferences
Highly organized with a self-starter mindset and ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Uplifting, positive attitude that will translate with prospects and clients through email, phone, SMS and virtual meetings
Proficient in the use of Salesforce and outbound sales cadence tools like Salesloft and Outreach
