Responsibilities

Responsible for the functional design of data applications and AI insight products on the CRM platform, defining the product roadmap, and writing Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)

Work closely with the internal sales team to gather and analyze sales processes and business requirements

Manage the entire product development lifecycle, including project planning, progress tracking, and risk management

Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure on-time product delivery and adherence to high-quality standards

Monitor and analyze product metrics, collaborate with relevant teams to quickly identify issues, continuously iterate on product features, and strive to improve key product indicators

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in To B (Business-to-Business) product management

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and drive decision-making

Data-sensitive, possessing strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, proficient in utilizing data to analyze and improve business performance

Preferred

Experience in the design and delivery of online advertising products, CRM data application products, or Generative AI models/applications is strongly preferred

Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) is a plus
