They are seeking a motivated Inside Salesperson who is passionate about customer success and operational excellence, responsible for responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and managing orders through QuickBooks.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries, prepare accurate quotes, and follow up to close sales
Manage orders and invoicing through QuickBooks with precision
Handle purchasing activities — place orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers
Build lasting relationships with customers and help identify new opportunities
Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (sales and invoicing)
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Positive attitude, team player, and strong attention to detail
Preferred
2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience (industrial or automation industry preferred)
