Responsibilities

Perform site surveys and prepare bills of materials
Review documents, take-offs, and specifications to estimate labor and materials
Obtain vendor/subcontractor pricing and prepare detailed cost proposals
Manage awarded projects and coordinate with foremen during installation
Submit post-installation as-builts and submittals

Required

5+ years estimating low-voltage systems (structured cabling, fiber optics, access control, video surveillance)
RCDD certification or equivalent experience
Knowledge of building/electrical codes, communication standards, and best practices
Ability to read blueprints, notes, and specifications
Strong communication skills and proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Visio
