Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes using various sources such as surveys, focus groups, social media analytics, and industry reports. Identify emerging opportunities and threats to inform marketing strategies
Collect, clean, and analyze market data from internal databases, and external tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Circana data). Use statistical methods to uncover patterns, forecast trends, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Collaborate with the sales team to provide data-backed insights on specific customer segments, pricing strategies, and lead generation. Develop reports and dashboards that highlight sales performance metrics and recommend optimizations to drive revenue growth
Assist the marketing team in planning and evaluating campaigns by analyzing ROI, customer engagement metrics, and A/B test results. Contribute to content creation, audience targeting, and personalization efforts based on research findings
Prepare clear, visually compelling reports, presentations, and visualizations (using tools like Tableau or Power BI) to communicate insights to stakeholders. Present findings in team meetings and recommend data-driven actions
Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and executive teams to align research efforts with business goals. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to strategic planning

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
5+ years in marketing research, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a B2C or B2B environment
Experience supporting sales and marketing functions
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python) and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Strong knowledge of market research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative approaches
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to non-technical audiences
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail, curiosity about market dynamics, and a proactive mindset

Preferred

A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Market Research Certification)
Experience conducting in-depth research on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes
Experience using statistical methods to uncover patterns, forecast trends, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Experience developing reports and dashboards that highlight sales performance metrics
Experience assisting in planning and evaluating campaigns by analyzing ROI, customer engagement metrics, and A/B test results
