They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process, build effective hiring strategies, and enhance candidate experiences to support the growth of their product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a high quality and top-notch candidate experience

Effectively interview candidates to determine fit in relation to role requirements while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process

Act as a recruiting consultant to business partners on hiring strategies, sourcing strategies, and initiatives aimed at helping us to hire quality talent at scale

Establish effective communication flows with key stakeholders regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates through meetings, email updates, and reports

Ensure that candidate tracking is up to date and compliant in Greenhouse

Develop pipelines of candidates in niche areas as determined by business needs

Track goals, metrics, and performance of all recruiting efforts

Find ways to continue to raise the bar for Charlie Health’s recruiting efforts
