Responsibilities
Define and evolve differentiated product positioning and messaging across segments and use cases
Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new products, features, and solutions in close partnership with Product, Sales, and Growth Marketing
Scale customer marketing and advocacy programs, including case studies, reference programs, user communities, and NPS-driven initiatives
Oversee high-impact sales and customer enablement assets such as pitch decks, playbooks, product videos, and customer stories
Partner with Growth and Customer Success to design lifecycle programs that drive adoption, expansion, and customer lifetime value
Establish metrics and dashboards to measure product adoption, retention, expansion, and campaign ROI, using insights to continuously refine strategy
Qualification
Required
A customer-first mindset grounded in deep empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to delivering real, measurable value
10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or GTM roles, including 5+ years leading and developing teams
Proven success driving product adoption, retention, and advocacy across B2B segments from SMB through Enterprise
Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex products into clear, compelling narratives
Strong analytical orientation with experience using tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, and BI platforms to inform decisions and optimize performance
A collaborative, execution-oriented leadership style that thrives in high-velocity environments and drives alignment across teams
