Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of procurement professionals
Provide strategic oversight of operations, policy compliance, and process optimization
Oversee procurement of raw materials, energy, and packaging
Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes across multiple SAP platforms
Resolve supplier issues and improve working capital metrics
Monitor KPIs and procurement data to identify trends and opportunities
Ensure audit readiness and team efficiency
Drive automation, digitalization, and M&A integration projects
Develop training programs to build team capabilities
Implement strategies for cost reduction and supplier consolidation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or Engineering
Minimum of 8 years in Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, or Technical Development
Minimum of 7 years in chemical industry
Minimum of 5 years of global/multi-regional experience
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience
Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
ERP experience (SAP preferred)
Knowledge of P2P and e-sourcing platforms
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to drive change and implement new tools/processes
Preferred
MBA
SAP experience
Six Sigma certification
