Damco Solutions is seeking experienced candidates for the position of IT Infrastructure and Operations Level 3. In this role, you will support, maintain, and enhance laboratory IT systems and services while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient laboratory operations.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 3 technical support and operational management for laboratory IT infrastructure and applications

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to lab systems, hardware, and software

Collaborate with scientists, facilities, and IT teams to deliver and implement new laboratory systems and upgrades

Maintain and update the Inventory/CMDB for all lab IT assets

Work closely with vendors and remote support teams to ensure high availability and performance of lab solutions

Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities

Ensure compliance with IT service delivery standards and business requirements

Proven experience in Level 3 IT infrastructure and operations support

Strong background in technical troubleshooting and problem resolution

Experience with IT service delivery and vendor management

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience

Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry in IT environments

Familiarity with laboratory or medical applications and hardware

1st/2nd Line support experience

Experience with ticketing systems, CMDB, and Incident/Request management software
