Responsibilities
Complete 16 weeks of direct sales and logistics training
Work with Account Executives to solve customer needs and manage daily operations
Prospect and cold call to build your book of business
Develop strong negotiation and communication skills
Build relationships and close new customer accounts
Negotiate pricing with customers and carriers
Manage shipments and resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery
Meet performance metrics to become commission eligible
Qualification
Required
Strong work ethic; must be 100% in-office for your first year
Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Coachable with strong problem-solving skills
Confident in negotiation and handling conflict
