AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor who will serve as the connection between customers and technicians in the automotive industry. The role involves guiding customers through the repair process, ensuring they understand their service needs, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Consumer Services

Responsibilities

Greet customers, answer calls, and schedule appointments promptly and courteously

Review recommended repairs and services with customers to ensure clarity and understanding

Communicate updates if costs, timing, or scope of work change, documenting approvals accurately

Distribute work to shop technicians and track progress to ensure timely, high-quality results

Coordinate warranty repairs, towing services, shuttles, or rental vehicles as needed

Monitor upcoming inspection and maintenance schedules, proactively notifying customers when service is due

Qualification

Automotive technology knowledgeCustomer service experienceASE Service Advisor CertificationCommunication skillsHigh School Diploma

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license

Strong communication skills for collaborating with the team

Authorized to work in the USA

Ability to pass pre-employment screenings if offered a position (background check, drug screening)

Preferred

Prior experience in the automotive industry preferred, or at least three years in a fast-paced customer service/sales role with a strong record of success

Knowledge of automotive technology and ability to communicate service needs clearly to customers and technicians

ASE Service Advisor Certification a plus, but not required
