This role focuses on vendor management and payment processing, supporting daily invoice processing and compliance activities while contributing to improvements in accounts payable operations.

Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices accurately and timely, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and compliance with company policies

Support vendor payment cycles, including preparing payment runs, reconciling outstanding payables, and resolving discrepancies

Communicate with vendors to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships

Facilitate the expense reimbursement process by reviewing employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance

Assist in administering the corporate credit card program, including monitoring usage, coding expenses, and collecting information for monthly reconciliation

Contribute to month end close activities by preparing accounts payable schedules and reconciling related accounts

Prepare documentation to support annual audits and other compliance reviews

Participate in ad hoc projects and duties as assigned by leadership to enhance accounts payable processes and efficiency

Required

1–3 years of accounting experience

Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a fast-paced environment
