Associate Director, Inside Sales
LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing law firm, seeking an Associate Director, Inside Sales to oversee the scaling of their inbound/outbound sales & service department. This role is critical in increasing close rates and building a high-impact sales operation focused on measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
Direct, mentor, and inspire a geographically distributed team of inbound and outbound sales professionals to consistently surpass performance goals
Design and deploy effective sales playbooks, scripts, and conversion strategies to increase signed clients
Establish and reinforce a culture centered on accountability, responsiveness, and exceptional client experience
Manage daily performance, ensuring targets for speed-to-lead, abandonment, conversion, and agent output are consistently achieved
Actively manage lead distribution and staffing levels to ensure rapid engagement and minimal opportunity loss
Diagnose process gaps and implement scalable, data-backed operational improvements
Oversee CRM and telephony platforms such as Twilio, Five9, RingCentral, Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable systems
Develop and review comprehensive performance dashboards and reports to analyze trends, conversion rates, and lead quality
Partner with Marketing, Intake, Technology, and Legal Operations teams to ensure smooth transitions from lead generation through client retention
Define, monitor, and refine KPIs and real-time reporting tools to provide clear visibility into sales performance
Conduct ongoing coaching, evaluations, and training to strengthen agent skills and leadership capabilities
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing conversion rates and enhancing the overall client onboarding journey
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
10+ years of leadership experience, including 5+ years in sales-driven management roles
Demonstrated success leading large, multi-location sales or intake teams
Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms, dialing systems, and call performance analytics
Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making capabilities
Proven ability to lead, influence, and develop high-performing teams
Preferred
Prior experience in legal intake or personal injury environments is a plus, but not mandatory
