Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email to TQL’s carrier base and internal Sales teams
Partner with Sales teams to process and approve various requests
Resolve carrier status issues promptly and professionally
Coordinate with insurance providers to verify active coverage and required limits
Accurately document and manage all tasks and interactions in internal systems
